　　To highlight and elevate the cultural significance of the Quanzhou Overseas Chinese Remittance Archives, the Quanzhou Municipal Archives Department officially awarded the status of "Quanzhou Overseas Chinese Remittance Archives Cultural Theme Restaurant" to three distinguished local establishments — Nanqi Hall 1924, Yifangshan Dining Hall, and Qiaoyan Banquet House — on May 16. Each venue now features dedicated exhibition spaces showcasing remittance archives, offering visitors a unique blend of heritage appreciation and culinary experience.

　　Nanqi Hall 1924, Yifangshan Dining Hall, and Qiaoyan Banquet House are celebrated for their authentic overseas Chinese cultural influences reflected in both their ambiance and menus. Nanqi Hall 1924 is housed in a Southeast Asian-style shophouse and serves a creative fusion of Nanyang (Southeast Asian) and Fujian cuisines. Yifangshan Dining Hall is known for its traditional Minnan red-brick architecture, decorated with regional antiques, specializing in Fujian and Southeast Asian dishes. Qiaoyan Banquet House boasts a modern design and offers a diverse menu blending Southeast Asian, Fujian, and Cantonese flavors. Guided by the archives department's expertise, all three venues have thoughtfully integrated elements of the overseas Chinese remittance archives, fully meeting the cultural theme designation criteria.

　　The Overseas Chinese Remittance Archives, Quanzhou's only UNESCO Memory of the World heritage, represent the shared history and enduring emotional bonds of the overseas Chinese community with their homeland. After years of careful development by the archives department, this cultural brand has grown in prestige and recognition. Last year, Quanzhou launched the nation's first Remittance Archives-Themed Hotel at the historic Junjing Mansion on Tongzheng Lane in Quanzhou Old Town, which has been warmly embraced by visitors. The recent addition of these three themed restaurants marks a significant step in establishing a holistic cultural tourism experience in Quanzhou — encapsulated by the motto:

　　This integrated cultural approach reinforces Quanzhou's evolving identity as a "UNESCO World Heritage City, City of Endeavor, City of Chinese Cultural Renaissance, and City of Vibrant Life," while steadily enhancing its international profile and cultural influence.
