Currently, Xiduoduo operates two major production bases in Quanzhou and Chuzhou, covering more than 400 acres and employing over 1,000 staff. In 2013, Xiduoduo partnered with Jiangnan University to establish the National Engineering Laboratory for Nata de Coco Technology Research, leveraging expertise in talent development, technological innovation, and industry-standardization. This collaboration optimized the entire nata de coco supply chain, industrializing research outcomes and fostering the growth of the natural, nutritious nata de coco food sector. The company upholds strict quality control across procurement, ingredient standardization, production, real-time monitoring, and packaging, ensuring product stability and reliability.
A milestone achievement came in September 2017, when Nata de Coco King and Xiduoduo Micro Fruit Bits were selected as official sponsors of the BRICS Summit in Xiamen, receiving high praise from international leaders. In October 2020, the company established Chuzhou Xiduoduo New Ingredients Technology Co., Ltd. in Anhui, focusing on research, production, and applications of nata de coco-based ingredients for the industrial and foodservice sectors. The facility integrates premium raw materials and partners with industry leaders to develop high-quality ingredients for global food chains and the booming new tea beverage market.
Expanding its brand appeal, Xiduoduo announced a collaboration with Pokémon in early 2021, launching Xiduoduo Pokémon Nata de Coco King and Xiduoduo Pokémon Cheese Calcium Milk with Nata de Coco, reinforcing a youthful and dynamic brand image. In August 2021, the company introduced Yangzhi Ganlu (Hong Kong-style mango pomelo sago dessert), which quickly became a consumer favorite.
In 2022, Xiduoduo unveiled its mascot, Xi Shen Xiduoduo, alongside the cheerful slogan:
