The "Kuixing Feast" celebrates local ingredients, tradition, and heritage, drawing from the area's abundant natural resources and the intellectual legacy that shapes the region. The feast features twelve dishes, each carefully crafted to highlight Yongchun's unique flavors and culinary artistry. Signature dishes include vinegar-braised pork with kumquat buns, medicinal pork stomach soup, and Shigu white duck soup, all prepared using traditional cooking methods. Other local favorites, such as taro noodles, shiitake mushrooms stir-fried with pork stomach and bamboo shoots, and taro and Chinese yam stew, are selected for their freshness and rich flavors, offering a comprehensive experience of the region's culinary delights.
