The Anxi College of Tea at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (FAFU) is a specialised institution established through a collaboration between FAFU and Anxi County. It operates as a second-tier college under FAFU.

The college spans 1,200 acres, with an investment exceeding 700 million yuan and a planned total building area of 250,000 square metres, of which 180,000 square metres have been completed. Founded in May 2012, the college’s honorary dean is Professor Chen Zongmao, a renowned tea expert and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

The college adopts a tripartite collaborative model involving the government, academia, and private investment. It partners with over 100 leading tea enterprises and more than 50 universities and research institutes across both sides of the Taiwan Strait, fostering integration between education and industry. In November 2017, it was recognised as a "Model Industry College" by Fujian Province.

With a focus on the tea industry value chain, the college offers undergraduate programmes in Tea Science, Financial Management, Management Science, and Business Economics. At the postgraduate level, it provides Master's programmes in Technology Economics and Management, Agricultural Management, and Sustainable Ecology, along with a Ph.D. programme in Sustainable Ecology.
