  The Zhang Qiongyu Culinary Master Craftsman Studio is a dedicated platform for preserving and passing down advanced culinary skills, in line with the directives of the Quanzhou Federation of Trade Unions. This initiative focuses on developing expertise in both Chinese and Western cooking, as well as traditional crafts such as noodle sculpture.

  Founded in 2022, the studio is based at Hongxing Vocational School in Nan'an, Fujian Province, which serves as the main training and practice hub. Hongxing Vocational School, renowned for its long history and unique educational approach, is a provincially recognized key vocational institution. Its culinary program is considered the birthplace of Quanzhou’s Min cuisine and is often referred to as the “Whampoa Academy of Chefs,” exerting significant influence in Fujian's food industry.
