The 8th Cross-Strait Food Fair successfully wrapped up on the 22nd after three days of vibrant activity, recording a total intended transaction volume of RMB 19.508 billion—an increase of 8.22% compared to the previous year.
This year’s fair has further strengthened market confidence within the food industry and effectively supported enterprises from Jinjiang and across China in expanding into both domestic and international markets.
Spanning 60,000 square metres, the exhibition featured six major themed pavilions:

Brand Licensing and Packaging Design
The event attracted more than 60,000 professional visitors and hosted 1,202 exhibitors from nearly 30 countries and regions. It once again demonstrated its position as one of China’s leading professional exhibitions for the leisure food sector, drawing buyers and partners from across the globe.
This edition set a new record for international participation, welcoming over 1,000 overseas buyers from 50 countries. Nearly 20 international industry associations—including the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Thai-Chinese Import and Export Chamber, the ASEAN Economic and Trade Promotion Association, and the Philippine Jinjiang Chamber of Commerce—organized delegations for in-person participation. Numerous preliminary cooperation agreements were reached between these international entities and Jinjiang-based enterprises.
Leveraging the strategic platform of the fair, Jinjiang food companies showcased their strengths, driving innovation and accelerating international market entry. A total of 132 Jinjiang enterprises participated—accounting for 11% of all exhibitors. Preliminary data indicates that Jinjiang companies secured intended deals worth RMB 5.25 billion, representing 26.9% of the fair’s total.
